Situated on the iconic fronds of the Palm Jumeirah, this project involved the complete fitout of high-end hotel apartments and private residences. Shahbaz led the entire MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration, smart home automation, and the installation of premium Italian marble and floor-to-ceiling glazing.
